What Paul Noble doesn’t know about Running form and recovery isn’t worth knowing. Paul has been my ‘go to’ physio for many years, always getting me to the start line of races in great shape.

After having back and neck injuries from a car accident I was sent to Birchwood Private Physiotherapy. Paul Noble dealt with my treatment and I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

A huge thank you to Paul and Alison. Ended up with a 999 call as I couldn’t move. 5 weeks later I’m out of pain and exercising using again. The support, both physical and mental, was superb. Thank you.

Excellent Service!! Having lower back pain for 2 weeks I was a little worried that having an appointment by zoom ( due to the lockdown) would not be effective. I need not have worried! Alison was her usual professional self and soon identified the problem. I was given an appropriate exercise plan, complimented by email/video instructions to reinforce the treatment. After having an Accessory Navicular removal and Tendon reconstruction on my foot I needed physio to regain my strength and flexibility. Both Stacey and Alison at Birchwood Private Physio were absolutely incredible! They really listened to my complaints and tailored each and every session to my personal needs, giving great advice on strengthening exercises that I could do at home to continue my recovery. Stacey is a fantastic physiotherapist , her knowledge and experience meant she was able to find the source of discomfort on the first visit( my muscles had become very weak) , she gave me gentle exercises and there was noticeable improvement within days . Thanks to Stacey my muscles are strong again and she has inspired me to take better care of myself.

I have been to this practice for the last 5 years seeing Alison & Helen & have been so pleased with the treatments . With a combination of manipulation, massage and acupuncture my long standing neck & back problems are alleviated immediately . With various exercise techniques given to do myself I have been pain free again.

Paul has been incredible in helping me through my running injury and his knowledge on all things running and the body is excellent. The use of strength and mobilisation loading exercises is really helping me get back on my feet and resolving my injuries. I will always use Paul for help with any sporting injuries or general physio well being.

Amazing people, who have after a few sessions have helped me to be pain free again. They have also given me exercises to help me prevent my shoulder becoming as bad again. I was seen by both Alison & Helen for sciatic issues and both were fab, really taking the time to listen to your problem properly and work towards the solution with varying methods. Helen from Admin was also fantastic, regular contact re. Appointment reminders, COVID checks and info. I would highly recommend the clinic and I felt very safe around the COVID measures taken.
