After having an Accessory Navicular removal and Tendon reconstruction on my foot I needed physio to regain my strength and flexibility. Both Stacey and Alison at Birchwood Private Physio were absolutely incredible! They really listened to my complaints and tailored each and every session to my personal needs, giving great advice on strengthening exercises that I could do at home to continue my recovery. I’m now back up and running and couldn’t of asked for anything more! Very friendly, and excellent service all round. Thanks ladies!
