Excellent Service!! Having lower back pain for 2 weeks I was a little worried that having an appointment by zoom ( due to the lockdown) would not be effective. I need not have worried! Alison was her usual professional self and soon identified the problem. I was given an appropriate exercise plan, complimented by email/video instructions to reinforce the treatment.
