James is running The Brighton Marathon on April 7th 2024!
“My brother, Dan, and I will be running the Brighton Marathon in aid of ClientEarth – an environmental charity. They tackle environmental issues globally through the power of law and policy change at a governmental level. Not very sexy BUT the most important place to start – from the top. This is why we feel their work is invaluable to making the changes we need to see around the world for a better, cleaner, happier future.
Since the arrival of my (James’) beautiful little boy, Ralph, in February 2023, I’ve become even more aware of the potential conditions future generations could potentially be living in, should we decide to do nothing. All you need to do is watch David Attenborough’s documentary (among others) for some of the scary facts, and huge changes he has seen if his relatively short (in Earth’s perspective – he’s 97 now!) time on this planet. I’ve also become increasingly aware of the good we can do through brilliant charities like ClientEarth. So hope is not yet lost!”
